Purpose of the website — a site reserved for professionals

Smartvision SARL carries on a wholesale trade in food products and beverages: purchasing in its own name and reselling to professional buyers, with delivery included in the sale price.

Access to the catalogue and the placing of orders are reserved for professional buyers, following validation of the account. The protective provisions of consumer law — including the right of withdrawal — do not apply to these business-to-business relationships.

Intellectual property

The entire website — structure, text, visuals, logo, trademark and database — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of Smartvision SARL or its licensors. Any reproduction or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018. Every data subject has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which may be exercised at the contact address indicated above.

A complaint may be lodged with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Bruxelles).

Liability

The information published is provided for guidance only and may be changed at any time. The availability of products and the progress of open orders are subject to orders in progress. A delivery date is announced only once the shipment has been confirmed. Only confirmation of the order is binding on Smartvision SARL.

Applicable law

This website and the relationships arising from it are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of Smartvision SARL, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
